The tuition fee for the Master of Public Policy (MPP) program at HKUST for the 2026–27 intake is HK$320,000, covering two years of full-time study and a total of 48 credits. Additional Credit Fees
The standard tuition covers 48 credits of coursework. Students who choose to take additional courses beyond this requirement, or audit courses for enrichment, will be charged HK$7,000 per credit.
