The PhD program in Public Policy offers a rigorous and interdisciplinary curriculum which aims at equipping students with the necessary tools to address complex policy challenges nowadays. The faculty members have been incredibly supportive, providing invaluable guidance and mentorship throughout my academic journey at HKUST.

I also love studying in Hong Kong, which is an extraordinary journey, both academically and personally. The city's dynamic and multicultural environment provides many opportunities for my study and life. Interacting with diverse scholars and fellow students from various backgrounds has enriched my understanding of public policy issues from a global perspective.

Being an HKPFS awardee has been a tremendous privilege. The financial support has alleviated my financial burdens, allowing me to fully immerse myself in research and academic pursuits. It has also provided me with opportunities to participate in conferences, workshops, and research collaborations, enabling me to expand my academic network and enhance the impact of my research.

I am confident that this experience will continue to shape my academic and professional trajectory at large.
