• Focuses on the managerial and leadership challenges in the public sector. 
• Equips students with inter-disciplinary perspectives needed for a successful career in the public sector or organizations that work with governments.

• Provides rigorous training in public policy research to academically outstanding students aspiring to pursue a career in policy research and teaching.

• At least 3 years of work experience typically in the public sector.
• Applicants from non-governmental organizations (NGOs) or private sectors that work closely with the government are welcome.

• Obtained a bachelor’s degree or above with a proven record of outstanding performance from a recognized institution; or
• Presented evidence of satisfactory work at the postgraduate level on a full-time basis for at least one year, or on a part-time basis for at least two years.

Equips students to be ready to work in or with the public sector.

Faculty, research or teaching positions in academia; and industry-specialised fields of experts.

  • Full-time: 2 years
• PhD Program
  • Full-time: 4 years in general
  • Full-time: 3 years if a relevant research master’s degree was earned prior to entering the PhD program
  • Part-time: 6 years
