Abstract:
Amid escalating geopolitical tensions, international collaboration and researcher mobility between the United States and China have become both crucial and constrained. This talk presents a series of empirical studies examining how flight connectivity, talent flows, and judicial verdicts intersect to shape the dynamics of Sino-US scientific exchange.
Biography:
TANG, Li is a Professor of Public Policy at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University in Shanghai, China. Her research focuses on research integrity, science and innovation policy, and program evaluation. Her work has been published in leading journals, including Science and Nature. She currently serves as Associate Editors of Quantitative Science Studies, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, and Fudan Public Administration (Chinese).
