The MPP program provides me with an invaluable opportunity to pursue my dream of becoming a public policy academic. The two-year systematic training in policy-related theories and empirical methods equip me with the multidisciplinary analytical capacity to analyze public policy issues.

With its international outlook and local roots, the MPP program also offers me a platform for comparative studies through which China’s various policies can be critically reviewed and other countries’ experiences can be strategically drawn upon.
