I am a PhD candidate in the Division of Public Policy at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. A chartered accountant by training, I have previously worked in financial consulting organizations on tax and regulatory matters. I am looking to direct my training in finance towards policy issues in the space of fintech regulation. My current research focusses on examining the efficacy of regulatory sandboxes in promoting innovation, understanding risk and enabling regulation for financial innovations.
