多國防範中資收購資產 香港和新加坡成為新目標

香港科技大學經濟發展研究中心主任 及公共政策學部教授 黎麟祥教授 指出，中國絶大多數金融機構背後都能夠看到國有資本的影子。中國企業如果不能夠從國內金融機構進行融資，跨國兼併基本是不可能的。但是一旦國有資本進入交易，就很難完全排除交易過程中政府的影響。
