I am an MPhil student in Public Policy at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). I previously completed the Master of Public Policy program at HKUST. I hold a bachelor's degree in Public Administration. My research focuses on local government innovation in China, with particular interests in policy entrepreneurship, policy experimentation, policy diffusion, and the career advancement of local government officials involved in innovation.
