Biography

I am a PhD student in the Division of Public Policy at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), where I also completed my Master of Public Policy as an MPP Fellow. My research focuses on international relations and public policy, with a particular interest in great power competition, especially the China–US technology rivalry. I am currently examining China–Pakistan security relations within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), focusing on the China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and its implications for Pakistan’s foreign policy and strategic culture.
