I am a PhD student in the Division of Public Policy at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. And I received my undergraduate degree from Xiamen University and my master's degree from HKUST. I used to work for four years in the Chinese government, from township-level government to city-level government. At that time, I accumulated a large number of policy cases and practices. My research interests focus on social welfare policy and policy innovation and my passion comes from the belief that it is necessary to improve our society and address our current challenges. I am committed to working hard to find innovative solutions that can positively impact our society.
