I am a PhD student specializing in aging and retirement policy, with an emphasis on structural shifts in the older workforce and pension reform in China. Before joining HKUST, I worked as a research associate at the Center for Retirement Research at Boston College. I hold an M.S. in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.B.A. with distinction in Management and Finance from the University of Toronto.
