My MPP study has helped me to establish a self-motivated system especially for multi-tasking. The training as a policy maker in decision-making processes where many stakeholders are involved has made me become more considerate in front of our customers. The experience as a summer intern has not only improved my English proficiency, but also strengthened my research capability such as desktop research, data processing and statistical output, which lays a good foundation for me to handle future demand forecasting.
