Division of Public Policy Sets Up the Inaugural Best Teaching Assistant Award

The Division of Public Policy is pleased to announce that Miss Elizaveta DORRER has been awarded the Best Teaching Assistant Award for the academic year 2022-23.

 

To recognize and motivate Graduate Teaching Assistants (TAs) and improve teaching quality, the division has established the inaugural Best Teaching Assistant Award for all PPOL TAs. This includes staff, RPg students from PPOL, RPg students from GZ campus, and RPg students from other departments who perform TA duties for PPOL courses during the academic year and are eligible to be nominated for the Best TA Award.

 

The committee reviewed and nominated Miss Elizaveta DORRER, a PhD in Public Policy Year 4 student, who demonstrated outstanding performance in the areas of preparation and teaching style, class participation and support, as well as accessibility and responsiveness in assisting courses on PPOL 5310 Public Management for Technology Innovation and CORE 2940 Science, Technology, and Society in China.

 

Miss Dorrer's exceptional teaching style, commitment to student success, and unwavering support make her a deserving candidate for the "Best Teaching Assistant Award in Academic Year 2022/23" for her work in the teaching courses.
